About The Beach Monkees

The Beach Monkees are a Canadian pop duo made up of husband and wife, Stuart and Tracey Lynn Graham. Inspired by sunshine, escape, love, and their close connection to the Turks and Caicos Islands, their music blends warm acoustic guitars, relaxed coastal rhythms, bright harmonies, and heartfelt stories about stepping away from everyday life and reconnecting with what matters most.

Stuart Graham’s roots as a singer-songwriter go back to the late 1980s and early 1990s, when he wrote more than 80 original songs. During that period, he performed a few of his original songs with his bands at local music festivals and occasionally appeared with Raccoons on Ice, one of Ottawa’s leading cover bands at the time, at local bars and live music venues.

Now, decades later, Stuart has returned to songwriting with a renewed sense of purpose, joined by his wife and greatest inspiration, Tracey Lynn. Together, they created The Beach Monkees—a musical project built around love, memories, adventure, gratitude, and the belief that paradise is not simply a destination, but being with the person who makes anywhere feel like home.

Their debut single, “Let’s Get Out of Here,” will be released on September 4, 2026. It is the first release from their forthcoming album, Grace Bay Blue, a collection of feel-good songs shaped by turquoise water, white-sand beaches, island friendships, unforgettable memories, and the freedom of following the dream.

From the uplifting message of “Wake Up” to the carefree Grace Bay spirit of “Meet Me Down by Ricky’s,” each song captures a different part of The Beach Monkees’ world: romance, escape, gratitude, nostalgia, connection, and the joy of simply being together.

Music With a Mission

The Beach Monkees are an extension of Beach Monkey Life, a global lifestyle brand inspired by the natural beauty and spirit of Grace Bay Beach in the Turks and Caicos Islands.

Beach Monkey Life believes that enjoying the world’s beaches and oceans also comes with a responsibility to help protect them. Through its relationship with Plastic Bank and its growing group of mission partners, Beach Monkey Life supports initiatives focused on ocean conservation, coastal communities, marine life, and the removal of plastic from vulnerable coastal environments.

While the exact environmental impact generated by The Beach Monkees’ music streams is still being determined, the duo has established an initial goal of helping remove the equivalent of 50,000 pieces of coastal plastic during the fall of 2026.

A portion of proceeds connected to The Beach Monkees’ music will support Plastic Bank, a Canadian social enterprise that works with collection communities to recover plastic before it reaches the ocean while helping provide additional income and social benefits to participating members.

The Beach Monkees will also look to support other Beach Monkey Life mission partners whose work helps protect beaches, oceans, wildlife, and coastal communities around the world.

This is more than music inspired by the ocean. It is an opportunity to give something back to the places that inspired it.
